Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Be requested within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase may be required.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll review your request and work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
• Used products
• Items damaged after delivery
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Personalized or custom products
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact our Hero Support Team and we’ll do our best to help.
